I think you should use OBS because its better than fraps in so many ways! , and if you want to know how to use it just follow the guide of this video!

its would make your life easier trust me , and if you want to sync the audio with it just use a different audio recording program to record and to edit the audio to make it sound better , and you should be just fine! , and i really recommend audacity!
