I need some from freedom to help me with this ticket. The guy that was helping me just hasn't reply back! It been 15 days! & everytime, I make a new ticket I ask what happen to person that supposed to help me, they just close it without any answers.

To begin by opening multipile tickets this will be seen as Spam.
Second there is a delay due to Holidays.

The first ticket was 20days ago & I try again yesterday & they close it 13 hours ago.
