Solved Freedom Badge ? HELP

Hello,

I hear that once I reach 30 posts I need to apply for a Freedom Badge and I did and I was declined.
So I don't understand why??

I read you can apply for the Freedom badge at any point if you're partnered of course, 35 post was just to get Active Member tag and to be able to access the Advertise board

Well yea I wanted to have access to the Advertise board and I still can't post there so Admins please give me access !
