Currently the Beta Testers have access to the Credit Store, as it's disabled for everyone else while the Admins are fixing Bugs.

Beta testing isn't currently able to be obtained as it doesn't do anything. To get the Partner Badge you need to have your channel partnered in the Freedom! Network and then you can link your Forum account at https://freedom.tm/dashboard/profile .
