This might just be a bug with dashboard, first of all check to see if you are partnered or not https://www.youtube.com/features. If you are partnered then you can just ignore it, but if not then you will have to request an invite from Freedom support.

it says im "partnered varrified"
so i think that means im not, i did send a thing to freedom, just waiting now

Very true mate! Seriously though, it could be that you have not monetised your videos. Check you channel settings and look to see if it says partnered then go to video manager and see if your videos have a '$' next to them or not. If they don't then select it and select monetisation. :)
