I got a short clip of a tv news for weeks and never had problem, I didnt monetize it because it says the owner let me use it if they monetize.
Couple days ago I have an argument with a guy who then seems that reported that video for copyright, the video was taken down and I received a strike.
Now, I can't dispute because NONE of us has any rights on the video, but how come youtube let these trolls get away with it?
Is there anyway I can at least let youtube know that the owner didnt request a take down but instead a troll?
I tried this method with another account flagging my own video and nothing happened however this troll took video down in 1 day. Any advice?
