Solved False copy right claims?

I've had plenty of false copy right claims from games i've uploaded. But this copy right claim doesn't look false. I've tried getting contact from PlayNC/NCSOFT, i don't think they can help me.

Best is to remove the part you got a claim for. I once had this with Cod AW and when i removed the part and with some handy edit made it look good the claim was revoked.

be careful with that some companys dont like it when u go around the copyright claim ^^ like mirrowing a section of the footage

I figured out the problem. PlayNC allows you to upload their content and monetize it. It's just that the background music and the cutscenece with music is not monetizable. I also asked the support team for Blade & Soul, they said that they couldn't help me with the problem. I needed to ask a community manager on the forum, which in case some already have. What the community leader didn't include was that the in-game music must be remove to make your videos able to be monetized.

hey i also lately got flagged in GTA San andreas game i was thinking should i dispute it
but it was a song in the backgroung that was in the game cutseen and i cant edit that song with out taking out the voices at that situation
how can i deel with this
