It takes a while for your email to be seen by the support team as they have potentially hundreds of requests on a day to day basis and get through these on a "oldest to newest" format. My YouTube has it as well so its nothing to worry about it. And there isn't anything we (as your network) would be able to do to fix it as this is an issue with YouTube it self.

Hello

As many of the previous commenters have mentioned, support can take around a week at maximum, dependant on all requests.

Regarding the images you have shown us, I can only think of two logical reasons for this.
Firstly, statistics on YouTube, like revenue, are estimated, therefore they do not show the exact amount because they don't know how many of the "monetised views" < Remember that term - are legitimate, for example if you accidentally clicked on your video and an ad popped up, that would class as an invalid view.

Secondly, You know I mentioned monetised views, well not every view you earn on your videos will be monetised, they won't all show an ad. Gaps in the timelines or drops in the revenue graphs could show that between that period, people could still be watching your videos, but that does not mean they were given an ad. As I said first, these are estimated.

My opinion is that don't worry about what YouTube analytics show, because any income or money that I earn, I look at the Freedom! dashboard, because then I know all of the money is no longer estimated and it is confirmed.
