i dont know if im partnered with freedom. when i go on ftreedom.tm it directs me to my profile with my yt profile picture. but when i go on my channel status and features it doesnt show im partnered with freedom. i just added my paypal recently and i had the profile on freedom.tm for a couple months.

As twilight said go to the YT dashboard (https://www.youtube.com/features) if it shows you are partnered there then you are. It can take a while to get accepted so if you recently requested to join it may take up to 7 days.

If it doesn't say Freedom then you aren't partnered. Verified partner just means you are able to be partnered with a network.
Might be best to contact support and ask if you can be partnered Create a support ticket
Make sure you have at least 1 video public otherwise you can't be partnered, also no copyrighted content
