Definitely needs some work. The video itself look good, no issues there. What i see as an issue is the audio quality, its bad... Invest in something like an AT2035 or a Blue Yeti for a microphone. SPEAK UP!!! You talk very softly and not that much. Most people watching youtube are young and dont have a strong attention span. If you are not talking and making conversation in the video then you will lose your viewers.
