I was getting paid $3.58 on YouTube and now when I look it's now 3 cents why is that? Did I loose all the money I made while posting on YouTube or did it transfer over ?
Maybe you need to change in your analytics overview, change to lifetime rather than last 28 days or so on.

Hello, if you were partnered with youtube directly (Meaning with adsence) then all the money you had will not be paid by us. They should still be in your adsence account, but as you should know adsence has a minimum payouts of 60$
After you join a network youtube automaticly clears all of the analytics and gives you a "new start" with the new network so that is probably why you do not see your old statistics
