Looking at your most recent video, your tags are definitely the most lacking part of your video, to get more views legitimately and organically, input search terms into your tags that you think other people would use to find your video.
"Dota 2" is such an overused tag that you'll never get to the first 3 pages of search results since there are so many other videos, try something more specific that people would search for.

-Lots of work and thinking into Descriptions for videos (especially first 3 lines)
-Lots of work and thinking into Tags for videos
-Links to other videos and playlists in the video and in the description
-Call-to-actions at the end of the video (avoid them during the video, they can be annoying for viewers)
