I was wondering do I keep last months ad revenue on my channel? I think it was around 19p and now it shows 9p for this month so I'm just wondering does it all stack up over all the months until it reaches 100 dollars or do I lose it after each month or a certain amount of time?

Ok no worries, well the thing with the standard YouTube partnership is Google/Adsense wont pay you till your earnings reach $100. So you money will add up each month and once you reach the threshold they will send the money to your ban account. With a network you get paid every month no matter how small the amount. So how does that work if I get the money every month from being in a network? I mean last months and this month or will I just be paid it when I join the network?That will be paid to you by Adsense

Well as said all previous earnings will be paid by Adsense then once you join a network from that day on the network will pay you everyone month no matter how small as networks dont have a payout threshold
