Does it conflict with freedom if I have adsense enabled?

When your partnered with freedom, you get paid through the paypal account connected to your freedom account.
It does not conflict with your adsense account.

No it doesn't conflict, it is a requirement to joining Freedom that you have adsense enabled. Though once you join with the Freedom Network you will no longer need to use your Adsense account as you will basically come under Freedom's adsense then. While yours will still be active in the background it won't conflict or cause any issues so there is no need to worry
