I feel as though my channel will begin to attract more of these types of subscribers. I have a bit of my subs that only subscribed for my Blade and Soul videos, but a majority of the channel is lets plays. This will more than likely lead to most of them not watching the other videos, but why is this bad? I understand that they will not be part of the community in some aspects and that isn't a good thing, but it is still a subscriber. Doesn't that help you get more noticed? Then they will still come around for the Blade and Soul videos.[DOUBLEPOST=1451688136][/DOUBLEPOST]I can understand certain extreme situations. Like having 50k subs with few views, but what if it was like a split down the middle?

Some would beg the question "Do subscribers attract subscribers?". They do, but only if they are active.

A channel with 100,000 subscribers could see some of their loyal followers sharing it with their friends and family, increasing view counts and watch time while also generating a fraction of that in subscribers. This is why the popular channels become more popular. Simple because they are being shared with others more often than the small guy.

So, no. 50,000 subscribers and say 100 views per video would not generate more subscribers because your content is not being shared by the loyal and active as much as 50,000 subs and 15,000 views would be. A subscriber is just that, a subscriber, until they start to view (in full), like, comment and most importantly, share.

I agree with Nolan because some channel has so many subscribers but only like 10 views, most people do "Sub for sub" it better to earn your loyal subscribers who watch and enjoy, interact with you on your video than inactive subscribers
