Why do I have this message in my Freedom dashboard?

My youtube channel is partnered with youtube and its in freedom network, but I'm still getting that message.
Is that message normal or?

Since you are correctly partnered you can ignore the message as this is a Dashboard bug

Just to confirm the above, as long as YouTube states that you are partnered then there is nothing to worry about as it is just a small glitch in the system and will sort itself out in due time
