Yes, I saw a lot of people complain about this. I've been waiting over 72 hours and still no dashboard invitation. I emailed Freedom! And tried signing up to the new support site, and still nothing yet. I should also mention that the email never arrived from the help desk for account verification. Is there any way this can be solved? I'm just a bit worried, that's all.
It may take up a couple days for the invite to show. If it takes longer then contact support. When in doubt contact an admin on the forums. Best is to refer to 41Danny

Like Twilight said it can take a couple of days to receive the invite if it takes longer then a week it's strongly suggested to submit a ticket to the support site at www.freedom.desk.comI have same problem

Due to delays in the invite process it can take up to a week for the invite to come through
Are you sure that you used the correct email as well as checked the junk folder?
