Solved COPYRIGHT written permission template?

Hi!

I was wondering if anyone have a template that I can use and send to game developers to get
a written permission to use their material.

I have no idea on what it should contain.

It is not a good idea to use a template to send to developers, you want to build up a relationship with them, if they see that you just filled in a template they are more than likely to just ignore it.

Just let them know a little about you and your channel and what you are going to do with the content. Include some analytical things like average views / watch time and engagement within your channel so they can see that they will get a benefit out of it.

The majority of smaller developers will be happy to just let you do your thing, larger ones will need some convincing, that is where your personal;ity and personal approach (not a template) come in.
