If you get a strike on your channel or monetisation is removed from your channel then yes, if not, then your partnership should stay the same.
Go to your channel features page and if there is any red lights then your partnership may be removed.
Is it a strike or a claim? If someone has put a claim on your video you should be fine. You have to be very careful about getting copyright strikes though. You may be ok if it's your first, if you get any more your channel could also get terminated by Youtube.
