As Twilight said it can be a problem and should be avoided. It doesn't matter if you are in a network or not, if you try to make money off others copyrighted work Youtube may suspend your account.
Also there is a difference between a content ID claim and a content strike. A claim will just mean you don't make money on the video but a strike can harm your account.
