Solved Copyright Problems

Hello guys. I have Copyright Problems with one of my video.

I'm doing gaming context on youtube and I need a "background" sound. I chose one from audiomicro.com and I download it. I put in my video and I upload on youtube. After 2 minutes I saw that :

I send an ticket or contestation and after one day it appear again. In video I used : Dark Trap Beat and youtube sayd that I used I Ain't Leavin' (Full version)-9898 - V-Sine Beatz x SLVM BEVT.



Can I solve that without sound remove or video remove from youtube?

Well you should start by filing a dispute that you can see in the bottom right of that picture and state that you do have rights to the music through Freedom. I'm not entirely sure what the dispute process looks like but you should just tell the truth and make sure you let them know freedom allows for this to be used without royalties.

Make sure that the song used is royalty free for Freedom partners and also make sure that you are still a Freedom partner (go to https://www.youtube.com/features and it should show network Freedom). If that is all correct then it is probably a false claim which can happen from time to time. If so then dispute the claim and it should be lifted.
