Earlier this week, Youtube gave me the option to re-brand my channel, meaning I could change the URL 1 time and 1 time only to whatever I wished... once I done so, it seemed my channel was unlinked from Freedom, is their any way I can link it back?? I sent in a Support Ticket but the agent hasn't responded...
As mentioned above, you will need to contact the partnership support team, they will be able to walk you through the process 
Just have patience and they will reply to your ticket soon.
