Solved Channel Termination

Good day, Freedom Family!

My channel had been terminated yesterday due to multiple copyright strikes. I'm still resolving the problem.
Now, my inquiry is about the payment for the last two months (June and July). As I recall, i have $400 each month, but when i saw my freedom account, there were only cents.

Can anyone help me? Are my earnings gone because of the termination?

Freedom updates the earnings at the end of the month, so whatever you see may not be an accurate depiction of your earnings. Also as Freedom operates on a two month payment delay, you wouldn't be paid any money that you earned in June until the end of August. "Freedom! might unlink you for uploading copyrighted content. In that case there's a high chance that you won't receive your money. This is due to the fact that we most likely need to pay the original content creator the money earned from your copyrighted content."

Also I just looked into it and it could be possible that under clause 4.2 of the contract you signed with Freedom they might withhold the money owed, but I can't say for 100% either way

"FDN will have no obligation to pay any amounts, and is permitted to deduct or withhold any amounts owed, determined or reasonably suspected by FDN, in its sole discretion......fraudulent, misleading or false activities or activities that FDN or YouTube believe to be fraudulent or misleading or in violation of either of their respective terms of service, guidelines, rules, or privacy policies. FDN reserves the right to withhold or deduct payment, if applicable, pending FDN's reasonable investigation of any of the foregoing or any breach of this Agreement by Talent."

No worries, i'm just happy I could provide some information on it. As I said above I can't speak for 100% certainty about the earnings, but that is the information I have been able to find regarding it.
