Solved Catchup Payments not in paypal?

So I've been in Freedom for a while and I haven't gotten my payments for Oct 2014 - Jan 2016 and it is the last day of April and I'm eager to get my payments. Help?

Have you contacted the support team in order to request the catch up payment? They are not automatic and you need to request it via support.
