How long did it take for your catch up earnings to go through to your paypal?

I get paid once a month.

As far as I know the catch up payments were being paid out 1 month after the regular payments and every month. May have to check with support though.

According to my colleagues you can request the catchup payments at the dashboard as it is an self service now. They should be paid in the month after you request it.
