Solved cant login to my dashboard

it says my account doesnt exist and sends me to the "apply for parternship" page..cant create a ticket either because i need an account ... the one i cant get into...and i tried to use the option for "lost password" but never get the email to reset my password..not good at alll

Please may I notify you that the Support website (http://www.support.tm/) uses a different login system to the dashboard or forums, so you would need to make a new account there or sign in with Facebook or Twitter.

Regarding the dashboard, many people have had this issue recently, I will see if I can contact a Support moderator to see if he knows anything more about this issue.

yes i know about the difference in the 2 logins. has there been an announcement on this in the forums yet? i think alot of users being locked out of their accounts would be enough to start a sticky post. dont you think?

I agree on the statement that this issue should be highlighted, either in a sticky post or added in the FAQ. As you may not know, I am only a moderator for the chat, so I cannot add or change things on the forum sections. I have sent a message to a support moderator on Skype and hopefully he will answer this issue in the next 24 hours.

Secondly, if you know the difference in the logins, what problem are you having with creating a ticket? You do not require your login for Freedom or the forums, Facebook or Twitter is all you need to sign up, and then you can create a ticket.

This is also happening to me.
I contacted support and they said there currently updating the Systems and working on a new sign up process to fix the learn more button and his is affecting some partners.
It will be fixed shortly, don't worry, your data is still the same. This will be fixed in the coming days.

The log in issue should be fixed by now as our systems have been updated. @King Wolfe please tell us if the issue is still on your dashboard so that we can assist. If ever, don't forget to go to our support page and create a ticket so you can be assisted accordingly.
