For over a week now I am not able to add or remove channels after I added my 3rd channel. It brings me to an error page or tells me I cannot do that.
When trying to submit a support ticket it brings me to a different page and says I am a guest, I try to log in with my account and it says invalid name or password, I try to make a new account and I don't receive any confirmation emails... Why is it asking me to make a 3rd login for this site? Shouldn't I be connected with the same acct that I signed up to this site with initially? Any ways I would like to know whats going on, is my account locked?
Also I would really like some direct assistance from the support team, how would I do so if I am unable to create a ticket?
