Solved Cant add heartbeat tags

hey im having a problem i can not add heartbeat tags or heartbeat moments on my videos anymore and i was wondering why is it due to the update of youtube changing the layout when watching someone video??? im super confused coz i can do heartbeat tags on some videos but not on alot of them

There have been some issues with Heartbeat due to the new layout of YouTube so you may be experiencing one of those issues - not sure why it would be effecting some videos and not others, but support is aware of this, as previously outlined in another support query and they are working on getting things fixed

ah ok awesome well for now then ill just switch back to the old youtube layout
