Solved Cant access music catalogs

I am unable to access the position music or epidemic sound. for positon it says my account email is not verified by freedom and to contact freedom. for epidemic it says my account is not cleared to access it.
i can access audio micro just fine

please help

Hey Bearyful, on your YouTube dashboard did you ever get the "Learn More" button to join Freedom?

Is your youtube account partnered with Freedom wich you can check among the featured page. Besides that check your Freedom Dashboard to see if it says your channel is linked.

yes my profile is partnered with freedom on youtube. and it says my profile is active on the freedom website dashboard
