I have recorded a video playing FFA Black OPS 3 with a schoolmate who has a Youtube channel called H4rry Plays and he has 2k subs . And I actually destroy him and now he is really mad. Am I allowed to upload it on Youtube?

If it's your own original material and footage, then yes.

Screw that guy, and upload it if you think it's going to make some good content.

He might, but if he does then that just shows his level of immaturity. The truth is you risk getting dislikes on an video you upload, but that can't deter you from uploading.

You can upload it, technically there's nothing wrong with it like you can't get into trouble. But I'd think about it. If someone doesn't like that you're gonna upload something that has them in it, it's better not to. Whether you don't like them or not you don't want to hurt someone's feelings. That's just the way I'm thinking about it.

I somewhat agree with what you're saying, if what you're uploading could expose someone's personal information or invade their privacy; but this is someone's reaction in a video game. Don't get censored because because you whooped someone's ass in-game. Be proud of it.
