Okay, I have quite a lot of feedback.
Firstly try and get a GFX designer for your banner and logo, this is what will attract people when they view your channel.
Secondly, add a channel description. People will want to know what your channel is about..
Overlay some links on the banner so then if people are to go on them, you can receive followers on social media which is where you can post important info regarding the channel.
You need to work on thumbnails, there are plenty of tutorials out there. Remember the first thing that will decide whether someone looks at your video is the thumbnail so make sure it looks smart and professional.
Titles are also of importance, and don't forget video tags! These will help people find your video and the title must have good punctuation, remember you need the professional look.
Finally I suggest that you find something to record with, using a phone for gameplay is really bad. You want good quality content to gain subscribers, especially active ones. P.S. video descriptions matter as well!
