Can I put Partnered with Freedom! in my YouTube Banner and desc.?

Hi, I was wondering if I could add 'Partnered with Freedom!' in my YouTube banner and put my re-link thing in my description of videos.

My YouTube banner just looks quite plain so was wondering if I could add that in.
