Can anyone tell me why people who make videos about downloading things illegally dont get striked?

Hey this is asg here today i got strike on my channel beacuse of one video i made about download adobe after effects cc 2015 but i have saw many people making videos about these things withought getting striked!

IS THERE ANY REASON FOR THIS?

I have no idea as well... maybe YouTube is fine with it or maybe YouTube is just that broken or maybe people need to report them... let me know if you find out something... I'm curious too.

Basically, YouTube doesn't care until someone reports it. I've been in the same situation, got a strike for a really old video recently because some hater no doubt decided to flag it.

i have seen alot of videos about the topic i made video about and those videos are not even got striked and taken away but adobe system striked my video

So you made a video about getting Adobe for free? You are exploiting a system. It doesn't matter if somebody else does it, it does not save you from getting some sort of punishment. I made a video once using some vines. I got a claim from a company that can not be found online. I couldn't remove the claim, so i had to delete the video. Maybe those big youtubers have some sort of business relationship with Adobe. If you need more information, you should go and ask your question on the youtube help forum.

1.) i was not exploiting someones system i clearly mentioned that it was for educational purposes and i am not responsible for any harm.
2.) deleting video does not do anything.
3.)the videos which are getting millions of views on these things are not big youtubers!

If you appreciate pirated stuff... dont advertise it. It doesnt need advertising. The people that need it will find it.

Advertising it just makes it more likely the link will get taken down and the uploader in trouble.

Videos showing how to illegally download copyrighted content will always get you a strike, even if you say it's for educational purposes. The other videos showing it just haven't been caught yet

Unfortunately that is a really silly defense to take. If I stated that someone had sexually assaulted someone but I meant no harm and was just being educational, does that make it alright?
