Unfortunately you may have slowed down your application. Can I just check that you have the required 10K views on your channel and that it is free of any copyright or community strikes?
As your application had been pending for some time you should of contacted the support team regarding this, and provided details of your channel and Freedom ID and they would of been able to look into this for you. However by cancelling your application and resubmitting it would of rejoined the queue and they would need to go through reviewing it all over again. My main advice would be to contact the support team via
www.support.tm and explain the situation to them including a screenshot of your YouTube dashboard, and the one you have included above and they might be able to get you partnered ASAP
