Like the avatar but the banner is so empty with just you name, maybe you could add some channel specific things. Other then that good work

I'm not sure the twitter thing is necessary for your avatar, especially since it's illegible at that size. Also maybe make the text just a little bit bigger for the avatar. I also second what TwilightPrinze said about the banner.

For starters you've watermarked your own banner. The twitter logo will not be seen. With he glitch effect you could add a twitch rgb effect also you could maybe add a few flares.
Otherwise nice work!
