GFX Request Banner art and channel Icon

Hello my name is fasehed and I record minecraft world of tanks and soon to be playing Tribes Acsend.

So here is what I would like

Banner Requirements:

• Shows the games I play on the channel: Minecraft, world of tanks, and Tribes Acsend
• I would like it to say some were youtube.com/c/fasehed
• I would like all the text to be modern
• I want the banner to be very clean and simple
• Finnaly I would like there to be a common theme of like a color or something for example serch NoBoom on youtube and look at his banner and icon they all have green, If you cant think of a theme thats fine.
• Make it so stuff arn't cut off on a moblie version

Icon Requirements:

• I would like it to show a fancy f but not like super fancy, or my minecraft character which I will attach to the thread, if you do do my minecraft character add shaders, shadows and just make it look modern and cool
• want it to look modern
• make it so if someone sees my comment on a video they go oh that looks like the person has a youtube channel.

So if someone does this I want to know there skype name and see something they made before I give out my information to someone that might try to ip track me through skype.
