I just contacted the support on November,2 2015 about my closed earning for august which are not yet paid. and then I have got replly from freedom support like this :

Thank you for contacting Freedom! support.

Could you give me the dashboard ID with those payments? I will have a look at it as soon as possible
These payments are not related to the earnings on the custom ID you sent in the ticket.

I dont understand with His said about : "Could you give me the dashboard ID with those payments?"
because I have allready added the custom ID but He said not that ID :
"These payments are not related to the earnings on the custom ID you sent in the ticket."

And then I repplied on November,5 with a question how to found the dasboard ID with those Payment but till now His not respons anymore.

Any One can help me to show how to found thats dashboard ID with those payments? Thanks!

Hello, you probably wrote a wrong ID when submitting the ticket, so just go to your dashboard and give him the ID that you see there.
