My Freedom dashboard says I'm not partnered yet on Youtube, but when I go on my Youtube's dashboard it says I'm verified partner, it also says that monetization is enabled. The problem is, I received no payments since September and I don't know what to do.

If you are partnered it will show up on this page https://www.youtube.com/features as "Network: Freedom!"
