Was validated on freedome dashboard and i have all thé requirment but and finaly i didnt recive the confirmation message on YouTube dashboard can you fix it please !!!

This problème It more than 15 days ago and I cant find wher i can contact them because when i will créât a ticket i find just login page

You have to first login on the support desk in order to make a ticket
