Solved 3 Years and Channel Unlinked

So my channel was unlinked so I contacted the support team and told to me fill out a form which i did and i reply with it and they closed the ticket with no reply. So i opened a new ticket and waited 3 days and to find out it was closed....

How can I get a support agent to help me without closing the ticket with no reply?

That's weird, just to reassure if you go onto the ticketing site, what status does it show exactly? Also if you have multiple tickets open for the same concern they will merge them, making the new ticket a reply to the old one which sadly will push that ticket back again.

I'm really sorry to hear that your tickets keep getting closed without resolution - would you be able to send me the ticket ID numbers and I can pass these onto a support member who will be able to look into them for you?

Edit - I heard back from Support regarding your ticket 264609 and was advised that you would need more recent content, as it seems like it was due to inactivity that your account was unlinked (due to last upload being more than a month ago). The support member in question has also contacted you regarding this (a few days ago, I'm just late updating the thread) and as such this issue is now solved.
