It's been more than 5 - 10 days, I don't see Learn more button in YouTube dashboard I've contacted support.fm
but they didn't reply yet, so can anyone help me?

Would you be able to send to me, via a private message your channel ID (YouTube URL ) and the ticket ID that you submitted and I will get one of the team to look into this for you

Right thats just coming up as your trying to post a link in the message, as before you are allowed to do this on the forum / private message you need to have 5 posts across the forums, as part of the spam filter that is in place. I shall start a conversation with you if you could reply with the ticket ID and then put a space in your channels URL so its not all together that should allow you to post the message
