Mostly from 1 video that went semi viral and got shared around a lot. Also a lot of my videos are high up in search results so I get views from that. Reddit is a good way to get content out there but if people don't like the video it may do more harm than good...

Remember that this is an indicator for a possibility of a spam channel. So as long as you have under 15% or something like that it doesn't really make a difference. Having a lower % doesn't make your channel any better than one with a few % more. If you have 20% then there may be a problem though...

It can be very hard to get noticed as a small youtuber, best thing to do is make the best content you can. If people like it they will share it with others. Also try to make videos that have a high amount of searches. Getting views from people you already know on twitter/facebook isn't really...

When did you request to join? Hopefully they will be adding some more people to the CMS team, at the moment all channels have to be manually reviewed before they can join which is why I can take some time.
