Try to make the image the same size that it will be shown for youtube, that way it wont have to be reduce in size when uploaded to youtube. I'm not great with the whole image design thing so maybe make a post in the GFX section if you still need help :)

Probably Ethoslab as I've been watching his channel since he was at around 1k subs and seems like a genuinely nice person. I did have JeromeASF talk about one of my videos which was pretty cool also, although it wasn't on his channel.
