You can always try asking questions in your videos, I think a lot of the time you just have to keep growing your channel and hopefully more people will turn up.

Definitely is a lot more effective when others share your videos, although it's a lot harder to control :D

What song is it? You have to be careful of remixed songs as a lot of the time the people who remix them don't actually own the content but it's own by the original creators of it.

Problem is that I think that's the market that Freedom is going for.... Although the new channels will lose them money to start with there is a chance that they will grow and earn money. There aren't really any other networks that will do that. I think there does need to be more quality...

As long as he is using a cracked copy of your username and not logging into your actual account you should be fine. With that he can't access any legitimate servers so he can't get you banned or anything like that. As Nolan said make sure he doesn't try to copy any of your video content though

Yes you do get paid for monetised views, usually there is a very low chance that someone will click an ad. I'm not sure of the actual difference between someone clicking an ad vs someone just viewing it in terms of money though. You don't get anything for someone liking/disliking your video...
