Really you should try to focus on your school work over doing Youtube. If you do happen to have some free time after that, then you can do some Youtube stuff :) Getting into the rhythm of getting work done first will help you out a lot later on.

@Hail Kira has some great tips, I do the same as him :) Also always include your channel name in tags as this will help tie your videos together to get them to come up as suggested in the side bar.

If it's to get a channel linked, it will have to first go to quality control then to content management. Usually this will take around 2 working days. If you don't hear back by tomorrow send me a pm with your ticket ID and i'll have a look.

Depending on the department that the ticket gets sent to it can take longer, usually support get back within 24-48 hours but if the ticket is about invitation it will usually take longer. As the others have said don't spam support with multiple tickets though as that will just delay the response.
