    On your main channel did you accept the teams of the Youtube partner program? If it's just the dashboard that says you are not in it, it may just mean that your dashboard hasn't updated yet.

    It usually takes a while for the invite to come through, it first has to be verified by the Quality control team, then accepted and sent the request by the Content Management team. If it has taken longer then 2 working days do as said above :)
