Try logging out of everything (google accounts and youtube) and re-logging back in again. Also try using different browsers or an incognito window. Let me know if you are still having troubles

As said above the dashboard doesn't update live. May take a few weeks for the message to go away. Long as everything shows up as monetized on Youtube you are all good :)

If you guys do see anyone posting shoutouts for subs be sure to report that as it's not allowed in the forums.

Best way is to let the views come to you, using twitter and facebook or advertising to others is promoting to people who don't necessarily want to see your content. As OnlyUltimate getting the right search terms using is a good idea, also creating things like tutorials that people will search for.

If it's someone I really enjoy it can be done without any edits at all, although I haven't had the time to watch any LP videos at all lately :(
