Posting around US times can help, especially for things like reddit. You can set your videos so they are released at different times I think. Probably 4am Australian time would be the best to post at.

Just because it's a vine doesn't mean its fair use. The way you used it does look like it should come under fair use though. So you should dispute it. Make sure you give attribution to the original sources the video came from (name of original creator and link to the vine clip)

As far as I know it is still copyright, but image creators generally don't go after YouTuber creators. I've heard of game creators losing a large proportion of their profit over using images from google that were not under the public domain. So something you should probably be careful of...

I think most people learn it from others that do it to them, and often it's young Youtubers that have just started and don't know any better. If 1 person asks 100 others to sub4sub there is a good chance that 5-10 will then do the same and it just grows from there.

Looks like you have spent a lot of time on this, unfortunately these things are very hard to get backed. People don't give out their money easily. If the first time you don't succeed it doesn't mean you should give up though :)
