Long as you have time for it I think you should include it, but make sure that it doesn't become a chore that you have to do. I'm sure there is would still be an audience if you don't so it depends how much time you want to spend.

Looks like a great new site for YouTube stats! Looks like there are stats there that I haven't seen on any other site yet. Some of the average seem a little high, like the average total earnings are 2 million for gaming channels. Where are these averages taken from?

If that's what people enjoy watching it then it's fine to keep doing it, probably would be good to get the expansion though. Also long as you enjoy making the content :)

It can happen if there are a lot of view coming to the video YouTube will take time to verify these views. You will just have to wait it out and see how close the estimate is to the real views.

I've been using ScreenFlow for my Mac, haven't recorded anything on my PC yet.

Around 10% views per sub is fairly normal. If you want to get more views than that per video then you will have to work on getting your content out there or wait until a video show up high in the search rankings.
