As you have already created a ticket, simply reply to it to bump it to let them know the issue is still there. Don't create a new ticket as this can bee seen as spam, just replying should flag it up on their system again.

January payments are sent at the end of March, Freedom! works on a NET 60 timescale.

They are being verified. It is normal for the views to go up in increments while they get verified. Nothing to panic about, they will start updating again in a couple hours normally.
